Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Leading and exploring opportunities in both Domestic and International markets.
  • Map new potential segments in the market (Mainly in Freelancer, Upwork, experience in Guru, or any other portal will be a plus).
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles.
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • In depth knowledge of In-bound sales leads..
  • Developing a business development strategy focused both on financial gain and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Candidate should be highly proficient in lead conversions with a proven track record.
  • Experience in Client negotiations.
  • MUST HAVE: Excellent communication skills & convincing strategy.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Decision making ability.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Discuss and carry out promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Skills Required:
  • Pleasant in communication.
  • Very good in interdepartmental coordination.
  • Innovative and out of box thinking.
  • Self-motivated and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Believe in relationship.
Working Days and Time:

Flexible Hours: 8:45 Hours a Day (09:00 AM to 09:00 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
