Job Summary:

The Associate Process Manager has the overall responsibility for designing and developing frameworks and methodologies to transition various marketing and medical functions to a hybrid delivery model and implements solutions to meet business objectives. He or she needs to do variance analysis to identify areas for improvement, lead implementation projects, and hold operators accountable for the compliance to key processes and metrics.

Job Description:

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Process Manager include the following:

Facilitating risk assessments on a periodic basis, and developing and executing strategies for mitigation

Conducting internal quality audit, and facilitating root cause analysis and mitigation plans

Providing training in ISMS awareness and Agile practices, ensuring their proper usage and continuous improvement

Participating in client pitches and providing subject matter expertise

Supporting internal and external audit requests, including preparation, audit proceedings, and report out/follow-up

Ensuring that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber and on time to meet client expectations

Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies

Desired Skills and Experience:

EducationMBA

Experience4-7 years of relevant experience

Strong collaboration and persuasion skills to coordinate work efforts across multiple departments

Ability to work and coordinate workforces across multiple geographic locations

Proven ability to execute on operational initiatives to drive results

Knowledge of healthcare regulatory rules

Should be a self-starter and capable of operating on minimal management oversight

Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines

Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
