Job Description
Managing the end to end project plan, coordinating activities across all resources necessary to deliver the Project including change management activities; within budget and time constraints
Managing the Project Management Standards (PMS)
Assurance framework for the Project, complying with the Project Governance Policy and the Project Management Standards, and ensuring staff working on the Project are aware and complying.
Managing the day-to-day running of the Project and execution against the PMP.
Mitigating and resolving risks and issues which may impair delivery.
Ensuring Clarity is up to date including Project static data, status update including RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked & reported to the PSC.
Implementing Project closure procedure.
Our Ideal Candidate 2-5 years of project management experience
A least 1 full-cycle, end to end large scale HCM SaaS(SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Taleo ) implementation experience, though SuccessFactors is preferred.
Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy
Strong relationship management experience with influencing and negotiation skills.
Good communication skills oral and written.
Strong organizational, time management and administration skills
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
