The Job Title: Senior Engineer

Location: Chennai

The Big Picture: Illuminei is currently seeking Senior engineerto provide Solar PV design engineering support throughout design phase of the project.

What youll do:

Provide final review of system designs to ensure a high level of accuracy and completion.

Mentor junior team members and guide them to perform better.

Strive to seek out and develop subject matter expert skills as necessary to mentor and support the team to aid in the advancement of business needs.

Achieve and maintain high quality work performance on all PV Design projects and revisions meeting Design Quality Assurance standards and practices.

Maintaining the clients requirements data and keep up-to-date with AHJ databases with extreme accuracy.

Must Haves:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and resolve issues independently based on project/company standards.

Autonomy to work independently as well as lead and participate in cross functional teams.

Clarity of speech and optimistic attitude

willingness to learn and solve problems.

AutoCad knowledge

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

1 - 4 years of experience from any stream of engineering background, AutoCAD proficiency is required

Great to Have: Experience in AutoCAD, PVSyst and or other cad-based software platforms would be a plus. experience in managing team to support the external clients for any of design products.
