Job Description

We are looking for a talented & detail-oriented SPM Mechanical Design engineer

Education: DIPLOMA/B.E Mechanical

Experience:

Mandatory

Min. 5 to 9 years exp. in SPM Machine Design.

Should have 5+ years of experience in Special purpose machine/Automation Machine Design unit.
Should be well familiar with designing of SPM Machines and its components and parts dimensions calculations based on Zero fault.
Sketch and draw up Concept SPM designs using the customer inputs.
Feasibility study for new concepts / requirements
Develop 3D & 2D drawings of individual assemblies
Ability to generate bill of materials for machined components, and fabricated components, & standard items.
Interaction with customers to understand their functional specifications
Good mechanical engineering basics, with ability to work Industrial Automation Machines/SPM Machine design
Good Knowledge on strength of materials and basic hand calculation.
Able to perform basic calculation on all type of mechanical assemblies.
Technical knowledge in Material selection and SPM Machine designing,
Should be able to perform withtolerance and GD&Tin design as well as in Manufacturing Drawings.
Should have good knowledgeon Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
Should have good knowledge on Bearings , cylinders , actuators & Selection Method, Linear motion Equipment, Steel Structure & Weldment, Mechanical Joints and Power Transmission System.

Requirements

Software Skills:

Mandatory

Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor

Other Skills (Desirable)

Excel, PPT and Good communication skills.
