Job Summary

Position Overview: Responsible for a variety of duties in the company, depending on the query or services for whichhe or she provide assistance. But the help desk executive main objective is to maintain a high level of customersatisfaction and provide them with any necessary support. Role include initial assessment, research, and resolutionof basic incidents.Responsibilities:? Should take the ownership of HR-Helpdesk and closing the tickets raised by agents & stake holders with inTAT? Salary Helpdesk to resolve payroll related issue? Maintaining HR Database & Information system? Managing employee list for coverage under the Insurance policy (GMC & GPA) by preparing theaddition & employee deletion list of employees on monthly basis? Taking the ownership to distribute the food coupons as well Health insurance cards? Maintaining the record of employees leaving service with all formalities? SPOC for all the employees with reference to payroll, HR OperationsExperience, Knowledge, Skills required:? 2 plus years in a similar roleCore Competencies/Attributes required:? Initiative? Continuing learning? Service Oriented? Excellent Communication (Verbal / Written)Education:? Any Graduate Degree? Masters Degree with an HR Specialization
