Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBAs, Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants technically sound and well versed in Statutory Audit, Financial Book Keeping etc.
Should have analytical and decision-making skills.
Should be able to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
Good knowledge of accounting, taxation & proficiency in IT are prerequisites for the role.
Should be capable of leading a team with a proactive and result oriented approach.
Good working knowledge in a computerized environment and should be comfortable in doing filing and documentation in soft.
Should be self-driven and highly motivated.
