Senior Data Analyst

The Analytics Delivery Organization is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to deliver solutions to all levels of the organization across all business groups. Our portfolio includes (but not limited to) analytics supporting Inventory, Integrated Supply Chain, Order Management, Revenue Margin, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, etc. using SAP technologies including HANA, Business Objects, BW and BI. This position would have the responsibility of delivering programs on time, within budget and compliant with policies and procedures directed by the program management office.

Responsibilities:

Support Honeywell leaders to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery.

Work with global project teams to deliver technology projects of varying size and complexity.

Drive programs that execute the Information Technology Data Management & Analytics strategy and vision to enable business growth and profitability.

Demonstrate solid understanding of critical business requirements, recommending process improvement and Analytics solutions that provide competitive advantage.

Assure Analytics solutions deployed in the business remain compliant, cyber-safe and are continuously improved to drive better business results.

Provide project and program management expertise in the development of the Analytics strategy and assure effective delivery of multiple complex projects and/or programs within Honeywell, ensuring both schedule and budget fidelity.

Participate in the business case formation (idea) intake and idea-to-project conversion processes

Work with Business Partners during the feasibility and strategy phase of a potential project to assist the drive of overall Analytics strategy scenarios, and Cost & timeline estimates

Develop and deploy standard solutions across the Analytics portfolio, ensuring reuse of best in class solutions and adhering to a common process model throughout

Drive program performance to reduce delivery timeframes, reduce cost and maximize ROI

Lead accountability for use of Process Improvement techniques such as six sigma tools and Agile methodology (SAFe) in adhering to defined project standards, procedures, and quality objectives

Manage a team of IT professionals; provide coaching and development, regular performance feedback, hiring and staffing, and counsel team members in career development and team goal attainment.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Analytics or related field and/or specialized training or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of Analytics project/program/portfolio management experience
• 2+ years in Agile projects, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

WE VALUE

• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA and Tableau
• Knowledge of analytics methodologies and data literacy
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Pivotal, etc.
• Experience leveraging Hadoop, Snowflake
• Experience in management of teams/matrix management.
