Job Summary

ROLE
Understand user requirement through different types of research.
Lead the product development and feature road map
Improving the process of feature development based on successfully achieving business goals
Regular interactions with business, sales, operations and client servicing teams with the objective to improve product experience and increase revenue from product.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Documentation of product features.
Responsible for setting up the KRA for features and develop a process that ensures organization focuses of right feature development.
Prepare roadmap for product features and ensure justified timelines are set.
Create resource plan based on feature development road map.
Create a culture of data driven decisions.

SKILLS
Very good understanding of user experience, design and A/B testing.
Data analysis using Excel, SQL.
Learn new tools and technologies to deliver.
Very comfortable working in a cross functional environment.
