KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO);
- Analyse market conditions, define and execute Intesis growth strategy for India
- Analyse, Select, Develop and Expand Distributor networks in India
- Establish strong relationships with distributors, identify business opportunities and execute
- joint sales and marketing activities
- Define and execute distributor development plan and process
- Set sales and marketing activity targets for distributors
- Organize product updates, sales and technical trainings for distributors
- Drive specification of usage of Intesis product family for Building Automation with a primary focus on HVAC applications, addressing distributors, system integrators and OEMs
- Explore partnership with Air-Conditioning equipment (AC) manufacturers (Ex. Mitsubishi, DAIKIN, LG, HITACHI etc.), Building Management System (BMS) vendors and SI for business opportunities.
- Explore partnership with BMS manufacturers (Ex. Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schneider, SIEMENS etc.) and their channels for Intesis products promotion.
Ideal candidates should have Engineering Diploma / Engineering graduate with at least 5+ years of relevant industry experience and contacts, with a proven record in Sales, Pre-sales, Business development and / or technical services role.
Candidates with competency in Building Automation communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, DALI, KNX, etc..) and experience working with HVAC vertical / manufacturers need only apply.
Travelling within India (~50%) will be expected.
Candidates applying for this position should be self-driven, practical, social and collaborative in their approach, with positive thinking. Previous experience working in Building Automation/HVAC industry will be an advantage. Extensive travelling is needed for Business Development activities.
