Job Summary

Duties include but not limited to:

Generate leads through cold calling which should lead to Conversion (should have knowledge how to sell Software Services, Web Services and Digital Marketing Services).

Do cold calls, internet based research of target segments to build / update and maintain a database of prospective clients and key decision makers. .

Make introductory calls to prospective clients to initiate discussions and start the sales process.

Follow up via meeting, email, phone with prospects.

Develop a strong sales pipeline through a mix of email and telesales activities.

Should be able to write proposals, sales letter, etc. in very professional manner.

Co-ordinate with Pre-Sales team for estimations and preparation / submission of proposals to the client.

Achieving monthly targets.

Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality norms.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors degree with at least 6 month Sales & Marketing experience in Domestic market covering Software Services, Web Services and Digital Marketing Services. Prior experience in pre-sales including lead generation, cold calling and performing high impact sales presentation requiring in-depth experience and a proven record of success acquiring new customers is required

Excellent communication skills.

Self-motivated & goal-oriented.

Ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision quotas.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Expertise in domestic IT marketing and Sales and online bidding on portals like freelancer, Elance.

Experience Required :

Minimum 1 Year
