Job Summary

To ensure 100% achievement of timely Team Target for UPS Sales through Direct sales / BP sales. Plan, Direct, and monitor the activities of sales team for assigned region. Act as Team leader and endeavour for Team building & business growth, in line with Management expectations. Responsible to support business partners, agents & increase business volume. Responsible to open new business accounts / Tie up's with OEMs, Consultants, Contractors, Corporate etc. To ensure the customer building for business growth and retain the existing client. To address properly all the upcoming projects and ensure to wining situation. To ensure timely technical & commercial support to team. Daily / Weekly / Monthly planning must be share to meet the organisation requirements. To ensure payment collection daily / weekly / monthly review with team.
