We are seeking talented, dynamic, multitasking and self-motivated business development and sales professionals for the role of Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Manager for Delhi NCR location. This exciting role requires superior attention to details, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational & interpersonal skills, excellent sales and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to create, identify and convert business deal opportunities and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor.Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. The candidate must also be well versed in office productivity applications like MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. An exposure to manage CRM & SAP tools would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities and DutiesJob Description:

Achieving sales target consistently on monthly, quarterly and annually basis Excellent understanding of customers, demography and geography along with the market knowledge of Delhi NCR Driving new age sales solutions through a blend of Inspirational People Leadership & Technology Identifying key market players and prospects for the company product The concerned person would be an expert in prospecting for customers, making them feel affiliated to a reputed brand, going beyond their needs and nurturing genuine relationships Develops and increases sales revenue, deeper market penetration, improves profitability in order to meet assigned targets for the business Creating a sales funnel and pipeline through modes of cold calling, emailing, and networking Conducting productive meetings with the prospective clients and providing them the product knowledge Continually assist the distribution channel in managing primary and secondary sales Identifying channel partners and distributors in the market to help upscale the product sales

Qualifications and SkillsDesired Candidate s Profile:

  • Overall, experience of 2-4 years in FMCG industry. Relevant sales experience of over 2.5 years as in consumer good industry is a must
  • Able to lead from the front and challenge the status quo. Should be comfortable in working as an individual and in a team
  • Skilled at preparing and implementing annual sales strategy with a contagious energy, enthusiasm and ambition of permeating a CAN-DO culture within the organization.
  • Should have a go-getter attitude, knows how to get work done
  • A motivated individual who believes in not merely meeting but rather exceeding sales targets by inspiring his/her team consistently with a regimented approach of reviewing performance of all regions periodically and proactively taking corrective measures for sales enhancement.
  • Display flexibility in an ever-changing world of consumer mindset with a Growth Mindset of learning every day, driving change through role model leadership behavior and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Think on feet, simultaneously prepare a strategy and execute it through excellent team work and People Leadership skills.
  • Experience in Distribution set up and management, working with the Channel Partners would be an added advantage
