RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate would be required to: Develop a deep understanding of the industry segment of clients of HireAtEase as well as clients of these clients Deliver to timelines and be comfortable with achieving monthly targets Develop a good understanding of clients of HireAtEase and the jobs being offered by them Talk to job seekers of varied experience levels and skill sets and market the clients of HireAtEase and the job offered as well Develop comfortable long term working relationships with recruitment teams of clients and candidates Develop a good understanding of the recruitment processes of the client she / he works on Use the power of the Internet to serve the client in a smart and efficient manner Appreciate the importance of human resources, recruitment, the role of a recruiter and the recruitment consulting industry as a whole RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST SKILL REQUIREMENTS The requirements for the profile are: A graduate (B.A, B.Com, B. Sc, B. Tech / BE etc.) or a post graduate in any stream, diplomas in specialty skills such as hotel management etc. (people who can talk to clients and candidates without any hitch), management graduates A total experience of 6 months to 2 years. Candidates with experience of more than 2 years and willing to work in a challenges client and candidate interfacing role are also welcome Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in BPOs / KPOs can also apply Smart, hardworking, energetic, passionate, innovative hands-on people Strong networking skills an ability to relate to and associate with people over any medium of communication (Internet, phone, face-to-face) Resourcefulness and an exploratory nature the ability to find solutions (because every problem has at least one solution) from whichever source Strong communication skills A customer-centric mindset A tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly grasp what is happening in the IT industry and why Strong analytical and problem solving skills
