Job Summary The Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering and maintaining language and cultural awareness training solutions within the organization and to ensure these solutions are aligned to the business direction of the organization and it?s customers/clients.The responsibilities include Work with the teams to support, leverage, and expand existing language and cultural awareness initiatives for the organization Promote the values of diversity within the company and drive the up-skill of employees from a language and culture perspective Understand the business of the company and develop training need analysis accordingly Lead, maintain and engage internal training coordinators and external training solutions providers for language and cultural offerings and organizing training events Contribute and develop a curriculum and provide documentation required by projects or others assignments Evaluate existing training courses to assess their effectiveness and suggest improvements and modifications to course design and delivery Attend regular team meetings and provide feedback on the status of training under areas of responsibilityMinimum Requirements

4 ? 10 years of progressively responsible Training Specialist experience Good understanding of cultural imperatives of different countries other than India Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to build trust and respectful relationships with all levels of people internally andexternally Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills Effective listening, questioning and presentation techniques Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team Ability to act as a role model for corporate Direction, Policies, Values System, LeadershipValues and Learning Values Experience working in team across diverse language and cultures Proven training delivery skills (lecture style instruction) Knowledge and application of Change Management Methodology/Lifecycle (Desirable)

BCA, B.Tech/B.E., MCA
