Job Summary
CEO will be responsible for advising the Board to formulate appropriate policies and strategies, and to carry out the strategic plans and policies as approved by the Board of Directors and to set the direction and oversee the overall operations of the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy Plan a road map for industry leadership on the Global markets of Garments Advise the board in the Strategic and growth initiatives in terms of Mergers and Acquisitions. Plan and direct the organizations activities to achieve and overshoot stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and technical performance Direct and guide Departmental Heads to formulate policy and ensure strategy is clearly communicated and understood by all Examine the operations and identify profit improvement / cost reduction opportunities Provide a strong commercial and financial leadership and management of the business Set and implement business strategy and drive all business development activities to achieve maximum results Take full profit and loss responsibility for the company Champion business development skills throughout the rest of the team and create new opportunities with respect to locations, product mix, retail formats and design, customer focus, and People management Direct functions and performance via the executive team Motivate not only the top management team but also the work forces towards a energized and innovative work force Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and forge relationships with all stakeholders including customer, vendors, employees, shareholders, strategic investors, Government etcThe ideal candidate should have: Experience in International exports preferably in the Garment exports. (Expats who worked in International locations are also welcome) Great communication skills and personality, right attitude, be growth focussed, take on functional and business responsibilities and the ability to Lead People Entrepreneurial CEO someone who could link up his fortunes with company fortunes and derive long terms dividendsMinimum Requirements
