- Manage a team of Inside Sales Managers (ISM) responsible for end-to-end Inbound Sales in Global Markets e.g. North America/EMEA/APAC
- Own monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue quota, account conversions, and other key KPIs of the team.
- Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Responsible for the daily metrics of the team (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities).
- Train, Coach, and Mentor Inside Sales Manager with a continuous feedback mechanism.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Technical Support to develop effective sales strategies.
