Job Summary

obstacles SDRs face, and formulates a path to success for his team.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagement
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s
  • Refine call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach to improve leads generated
  • Lead weekly meeting reviews with the SDR team driving their targets and performance
  • Develop and refine SDR standards, processes & metrics.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales leadership team to build forecasts and take ownership for delivering the agreed volume of deals/pipeline, as appropriate
  • Align and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to meet revenue and pipeline goals, diagnose opportunities and pain-points, and accurately measure progress.

    • What are we looking for?

  • Experience leading/working in high-performing lead generation teams.
  • Proven track record in inbound/outbound/cold calling sales.
  • 4+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with CRM solutions: Hubspot, salesforce.com preferred.
