Job Summary
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline having 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination in construction industry.
Prerequisites
- Good team player.
- Coordinating with the site execution team for preparing monthly procurement schedules for major materials, building materials, special materials and tools as per the work plan.
- Preparing the bill collection plan from the client.
- Monthly Reconciliation of major materials.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to lead forecast & plan.
- Ability to plan & facilitate project planning & implementation.
- To act as a link between various agencies & groups worked in execution of the project.
- Facilitate project teams in project execution as per agreed terms.
- Implementation and Improvement of quality standards as per QMS and OHSAS.
