Job Summary

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma in any discipline having 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination in construction industry.

Prerequisites

  • Good team player.
  • Coordinating with the site execution team for preparing monthly procurement schedules for major materials, building materials, special materials and tools as per the work plan.
  • Preparing the bill collection plan from the client.
  • Monthly Reconciliation of major materials.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead forecast & plan.
  • Ability to plan & facilitate project planning & implementation.
  • To act as a link between various agencies & groups worked in execution of the project.
  • Facilitate project teams in project execution as per agreed terms.
  • Implementation and Improvement of quality standards as per QMS and OHSAS.
