Job Summary

We are looking for a software web developmentProjectCoordinatorto be responsible for handling our company's ongoingprojects.

Job Location: Vadodara Office.

Industry Preferred: IT services only.

Roles & Responsibilities.

Handling multiple overseas clientsprojectsespecially in the US market
Oversee smooth delivery of software engineeringprojectsof all sizes and all stages of SDLC
Effectively and efficiently manage the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment
Handling & running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, managing support tickets and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving.
Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective
Work with the team leads to resolve people problems andprojectroadblock
Track outstanding deliverables, set up development milestones,projectexecution plan
Classify teams, track schedules and resources for everyprojectalong with performing continuous risk mitigation
Report regularprojectstatus upgrades toProjectManager.
Liaise between company, customer and several third parties as needed
