Job Summary What you bring in: 8-10 years of overall work experience with at least 5-7 years in product management. Worked at either a CPaaS, CCaaS or UCaaS ecosystem in building communication solutions or solutions for contact centre management for businesses in India or globally. Past experience building consumer mobile applications at scale will be a huge plus. Sound technical knowledge of APIs and workflow management. Sound understanding of monetization and an ability to build pricing strategies. You know how to work with partners as well as end customers to identify problems and build a roadmap that reflects strategic as well as business priorities. You have the ability to influence multiple cross-functional teams without authority to get the job done - sales, customer success and more. Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders. Get stuff done mindset - small team, audacious goals and flawless execution. Passionate about creating great user experiences both for businesses and consumers. Proven track record of product management for mobile devices and/or applications. The impact you will create You will develop and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for everything within the Verified communication solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. You will deliver high-quality products in-time, to meet important business revenue goals that excite our investors and customers. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the business communications space. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, product & engineering, analytics as well as marketing and sales, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market processes. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization and with leadership. Drive and coach teams to develop problem statements and form hypotheses of new feature(s)/feature areas. Create clarity for the team by communicating the business priorities and vision and helping them incorporate that into their plans. Build strong relationships with customers, business partners and other stakeholders to generate long-term value. Constantly monitor progress and look for ways to improve the product.
