Officer - Production Job in Hatsun Agro Product Ltd

Job Purpose

The role and responsibility is to handling production operation & monitoring criteria to ensure finished products meet company standard.

Principal Accountabilities

Officer must known and follow Food Safety Standards, Quality standards, Policies, Procedures, & Processes that are designed & necessary to ensure Safe & Quality Food Products;

2. Follow government regulations & ISO Requirements

3. Produce the product to meet out the quality standards & specifications

4. Follow operational processes to compliance with procedures to include SOP, HACCP, GMP, & other regulatory pre-requisite programs, supporting company or customer FSQA programs.

5. Produce the product as per the standard without deviation,

6. Update new process/ operation techniques to minimize the wastage and reworks,

7. Adopting GMP, advance technical tools to increase the productivity

8. Participate in the review of Production meeting,

9. Monitor & control the process parameters to maintain the product safety and standard.

10. Conduct training to Supervisors / Operators & CL Based on General Awareness of Shop Floor activities.

• Internally Interact with Stores, HR, Purchase, Quality & Maintenance Department.

Knowledge:

• knowledge on Machine safety and personnel safety on job.

• knowledge of Dairy Technology is essential.

Education & Experience

1. Educational qualification: BE / B.Tech /MSC Dairy Science

2. Minimum 4 - 6 year experience in Food and Dairy Industry/Technology.
