Job Purpose:
The responsibility of this role is to plan and to carry out the quality of the product by testing the samples before and after processing also during the online process. Detection of microorganisms in the sample and controlling contamination by good manufacturing and laboratory practices.
Job Description:

Sampling and Micro testing of incoming RCM (Raw chilled milk), SFG(Semi finished goods), FG (Finished goods) and Incoming raw material

Preparing sample for Central lab for Pathogen testing
-
Preparation of reagents and media for micro testing and Properly arrange and marking of plates with all information
-
Monitoring sterilization and decontamination maintaining GLP(Good laboratory process).

Implement testing planning and activities as per quality objectives
-
Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment
-
Ensure the plant hygiene by testing the personnel hand swabs, equipment swabs, air count and rinse water.

To minimize the number of testing errors through reviewing outputs and ensure GLP(Good laboratory process) is maintained.

Calibration of instrument and appropriate glass wares
Qualification & Experience:

Educational qualifications: BE/B.Tech (Food Technology) /M. Sc (Microbiology)

Relevant experience : Fresher

Knowledge:

Knowledge of laboratory tests used in Micro lab
