Job Description:

Requiring Brand Head for Food Research Lab diversified in several domains including new product development, reverse engineering, nutritional analyses, microbiological analyses and safety, shelf life study, texture & sensory evaluation.

Position: Brand Head Food Research Lab

Qualification:Bachelor s or Master s in Business Administration or related discipline
Time:Regular Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and lead forward-thinking research and development projects in natural ingredients and application in food.
• The ability to make both telephone and in person contact with potential leads
• Gain alignment and collaborate across functional groups in R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and regional strategy teams to create proposals for new ingredient research and development projects.
• Lead new ingredient development projects and ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
• Evaluate company s competition and its competitors
• Analyze company s business practices
• Engage in research on how the company can improve in its offers
• Develop new business models for the company
• Prepare recommendations based on research already carried out
• Analyze prevalent market conditions for company, clients and industry
• Prepare presentations for potential clients
• Follow up meetings with clients whether active or prospective ones
• Create opportunities for new product/ service by networking
• Analyze company s trends in terms of loss and develop plans and a system to correct such
• Serve as company s representation in trade associations and other promotional events
• Serves as company s liaison with its personnel as it has to do with business potentials; opportunities, and problem resolution
• Prepare reports as often as requested
• Generate leads through effective management of sales process of the company
• Help design and develop products, services, and tools for client companies

Skills Required:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Brand Management
• Expertise in Food Technology/Bio-Technology/Hotel Management/Food Business/FMCG
• Understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value
• Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
• Outstanding customer/consumer relationship skills
