Reports to:Director of Business Development of the IT Solutions Division

Based at:Hinjewadi Phase 3 , Pune - 411 057

Timing :Night Shift (as per EST time zone)

Job Description:

Professional Experience

  • Need 3-5 years of inside sales experience
  • Experience making large number of cold calls and sending large number of emails
  • Experience working on enterprise-level (large accounts) and SME accounts
  • Proven success in identifying qualified opportunities as well as shepherding and closing new business opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding account development quotas
  • Proven ability to build rapport with executive-and-manager-level client roles
  • Proven ability to network and navigate through complex organizations.

Scope & Responsibility

  • Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Secure new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline for assigned client accounts
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
  • Map client accounts and build account success plans
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key client personnel in assigned accounts
  • Meet sales targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or other advanced degree a plus
