Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Follow the rules and guidelines laid down in the SOP s and update the SOP s periodically.
  • Enhancement and Management of SAP environment (ECC, BW, DMS, Net weaver 7.4, PO, Web dispatcher, Solution Manager 7.2 and S4HANA) based on Oracle, HANA and Sybase databases.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of OS / DB Migration.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of SAP sizing.
  • Must possess the ability to analyze technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Supervisory or management experience is must.
  • Excellent team management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Stakeholder management.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of UNIX and Windows operating systems
  • Perform periodic quality system refreshes of ECC, BW and S4HANA.
  • Perform periodic disaster recovery drills.
  • Identify the training needs of the team and performance management of the team.
  • Periodic SAP User license review.
  • Satisfy internal and external audit requirements.
  • Follow the rules and guidelines laid down in the SOP s and update the SOP s periodically.
  • SAP Basis Technical certification is preferred.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Incident, Change and Problem management.
  • Ensure all support SLA s are met.
  • Willingness to support systems on weekends and holidays for planned/unplanned activities.
