• 24 x 7 offshore support
• Ready to work in shifts (24 x 7)
• Strong hands on Solution manager 7.2 technology
• Hands on experience on Linux operating system
• Hands on experience on DB2 database
• Strong troubleshooting experience on SAP ERP
• Installation / SAP Version Upgrade experience will be added advantage
• SAP HANA administration
• Oracle and MS-SQL server knowledge is mandatory
• Good Oral/written communication skills required

Technical Skills

• Strong hands on Solution manager 7.2 technology
• Working knowledge on Linux operating systems
• hands on experience on Oracle, MS-SQL and DB2 databases
