  • Manage end to end customer life cycle, from customer on-boarding to post service engagement with customers.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.
  • Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Responsible for end to end lead conversion.
