Role Definition:

ROLE : Head - Performance Marketing

LOCATION : Bangalore

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6+ yrs

Happay has acquired marquee Enterprise customers and has built a trustworthy brand amongst CFOs and CIOs in India. We are now setting ourself up to scale faster. Marketing plays the key role in bringing in non-linear growth in customer acquisition.

The performance marketing head will own the end to end marketing campaigns (paid/organic/email), the brand and funnel building activities. The marketing leader will be building their team, setup and scale acquisition engines.

    Requirements:
  • Experienced as Head - Digital / performance marketing OR Demand Gen head for min 2 years in a B2B SaaS startup
  • Hands-on expertise of working directly on various digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation principles, and marketing best practices regarding data capture, campaign analysis and deliverability
  • Knowledge and experience developing KPIs and success measures used to evaluate digital channel performance.
  • Strong analytical & presentation skills to be able to extract insights from data and to be able to present the same to stakeholders
    Job Role:
  • Execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition
  • Work on defining the campaign strategy, bidding, budgeting, ad creation, optimization and reporting of the key metrics
  • Strong execution understanding of SEM, Display, Social media channels with experience in handling big accounts / budgets
  • Work closely with BI / analytics team on user segmentation to improve the marketing ROI and scaling user acquisition
