JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineers with sharp Analytical and Logical Skills and excellent technical skills to assure good quality product delivery.
You will be responsible for requirement analysis, test case management, testing of the product through functional testing, integration testing, regression testing and defect management.
EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 years
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup and maintain test environments.
- Design test cases to cover all business requirements.
- Maintain test cases in test case management tool.
- Create Test data for test scenarios.
- Perform Functional testing, integration testing, API and Regression testing.
- Report defects identified during testing.
- Handle assigned tasks independently.
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLSET
- Understanding of Web application architecture.
- Thorough knowledge of SQL.
- Expertise in GUI testing.
- Well versed with test case writing and test case management.
- Knowledge of bug lifecycle and defect management tools.
- Trouble shooting and Problem solving skills.
- Good written and oral skills to effectively communicate.
- Exposure to API testing.
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting will be an add on.
LOCATION/TRAVEL
Position is based in Pune, India
EDUCATION
Degree in-B.Tech/B.E. /MCA/MSc (IT/Comp.Sc)
