Job Summary
  • Bring business context to evaluating the quality of the Contract Management platform.
  • Help development team on creating Test strategies and Test scenarios for rapidly evolving features and take pride in shipping the Contract Management platform with outstanding quality.
  • Guide development team on Creating and maintaining Test cases to ensure high test coverage.
  • Leverage cutting edge technologies to quickly assess the quality of the platform.
    Review Spec document and convert into small user stories.
  • Collaborate with Development team for effective strategies.
  • Analyzing test results and reporting.
  • Be part of fast-growing team of passionate developers and testers that work on and conquer challenging problems every day.
  • Understand the customer use cases and define test cases to reduce defect escapes.
  • Perform various types of testing including functional/feature, integration/solution, boundary conditions, performance, security etc., and using UI & API s.
  • Analyze customer reported issues and map them back to the development process, test gaps, test focus areas.

    You will be responsible for:
  • Should be able to learn Product in depth (Language).
  • Evaluating Customer defects and prepare strategies for preventive approaches.
  • Must have hands-on testing experience through all stages of a product cycle across multiple releases.
  • Must demonstrate extremely strong testing aptitude, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong competency in prioritizing task.
  • Strong experience in Defect Triage.
  • Good sense of Ownership and must be able to work with multiple stakeholders like Feature teams, Product Management, Scrum Master etc.
  • A quick learner with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies, Windows operating system, and tools.
  • Proven experience in test efficiency through checker boarding, eliminating redundant coverage etc.

    What you bring (Skills):
  • 2+ Years of Experience into Manual Testing
  • Experience in testing large scale enterprise products.
  • Expertise in Test planning, estimation, Risk analysis & Mitigation.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have experience in Agile testing and regression testing.

    Great if you know (Skills):
  • Experience on Automation Testing and related tools will be an added advantage.
  • Preferred certification in ISTQB.
