Job Summary

Job description

Angular Minds is looking for passionate and hardworking Software QA Manual/ Automation Engineers to join our rapidly growing team with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to understand the product requirements and create effective test strategies.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Must be aware of project management tool i.e Jira.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design automated test plans.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure product integrity after updates and bug fixes.
  • Continuously improve the test automation framework.
  • Analyze test results and report on test metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in QA Manual/ Automation testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
