Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for a North zone for entire range of products.

Responsible for Primary, Secondary sales for entire north zone.

Handling distributors, looking after major key accounts.

Negotiating & organizing makeover activities in all the Major accounts.

Develops sales strategies for his Zone in conjunction with National Sales Manager & Drives key initiatives in the zone through his team of Front line & field staff.

Manages the environment (Customers, Influencers).

Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favorable manner.

Responsible for monitoring the field staff activities.
