Accounts Payable Support Specialist Job in Groupon

Core Responsibilities

• Provide accounts payable support through merchant/vendor payment set-up, payment reconciliation, and reviewing/inputting of invoices
• Manage a ticket queue by responding in a professional manner to questions from both inside and outside parties
• Assist in department banking processes
• Assist with financial and operational process improvement efforts
• Specific projects and other ad hoc assignments as required

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree
• This role is well-suited for those with 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and customer service
• Experience using technology for email, chat, and video conferencing in an environment that requires multitasking and multiple tools/software integration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NetSuite, Commerce Interface, and Freshdesk a plus
