Job Summary
Title : Senior Executive - Business Development1. Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting using variety of lead generation methods2. Travel to customer sites and trade showsto promote company s products and services3. Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as product features, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.4. Follow up on submissions, negotiate and close business.5. Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company s potential to meet customer needs6. Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.7. Present product / services matching the prospect needs8. Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM. Perform data quality checks routinely.9. Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline funnel building targets and new account acquisition targets.
Qualifications & Skills At least 3 to 5years of B2B sales exposure Minimum education require graduate. Experience in IT Product sales (Preferable Payroll, HRS or ERP product sales) with direct selling experience for at least 3+ years. Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations Consistently achieved / exceeded sales targets in the existing organization Should have worked with at least one CRM software for planning and recording sales activities. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Should be highly motivated and goal oriented Highly Customer Focused Must be able to work with minimal supervision Very good Networking skills
