The Quality Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients by conducting thorough quality checks, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining adherence to quality standards throughout the implementation process.Position PurposeThe Quality Analyst is responsible for coming up with and implementing the necessary changes for the department or organization to realign with the right objectives and priorities. The Quality Executive drafts and prepares the needed documentation detailing the existing processes; changes recommended, changes implemented, future forecasts, and the anticipated results. This expert also analyzes the implemented changes, results, and whether they re yielding the desired outcomes and making adjustments to workflows.This position requires an enthusiastic and process oriented professional who will work closely with internal stakeholders and different operations teams to drive process improvements which inturn increases productivity, efficiency and CSAT.Do you love working with people of diverse backgrounds, implementing quality control concepts and developing creative and innovative ways to improve business processes? Support implementation team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities. Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives. Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency and improve service quality. Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models. Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Document and communicate findings to the relevant teams in a clear and concise manner. Provide timely feedback to project teams regarding quality assurance issues and recommendations for improvement. Participate in meetings and discussions related to project planning, progress and quality assurance strategies. Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques. Provide support to the process team to achieve desired results. Assist in development of new process capabilities. Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved. Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance. Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods. Sharing reports/dashboard regularly with Management and all stakeholder on findings of current process adherence (team wise) along with an action plan. Stay updated on industry best practices and quality assurance trends to enhance team knowledge and performance.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 4+ years of overall experience. Executive presence, complemented by excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment and should be goal driven. Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures Should have an excellent understanding of quality control concepts, quality assurance principles, methodologies, and the ability to develop creative and innovative ways to improve business processes. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve the goal. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Skills in numerical and statistical analysis. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
