QuickBooks Desktop continues to grow year on year, driving a path for customers to transition to our online offerings (QuickBooks Online (QBO) and IES) as they become ready.

The Director of Product Management and Design for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) & Mid-Market Capabilities will lead the PM and Design team in defining and delivering end-to-end product experiences for QBDT and Mid-Market customers. This leader will also focus on capabilities such as Role-Based Access, QBO Client App, and work to ensure a smooth transition path for Desktop customers moving to Online solutions.

Responsibilities

Core Role Accountabilities:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and deliver a strategy and roadmap for the QuickBooks Desktop Product Suite, focusing on both current and future capabilities.
  • Mid-Market Capabilities: Lead the strategy for mid-market capabilities, such as Role-Based Access, User Management, and QBO client apps across the QuickBooks ecosystem.
  • Transition Strategy: Develop and execute a smooth transition plan for Desktop customers to migrate to Online offerings as they are ready.
  • Product Goals: Own and deliver key input goals, including Revenue, Customer Experience Score (CES), and Product Satisfaction Rating (PRS) tied to the product and product experiences.
  • Team Development: Attract, develop, and manage a world-class team of Product Managers and Designers, ensuring their growth and success while facilitating smooth transitions to managed services where applicable.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a team builder, player, and active member of the PM and Design community, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Approximately 15 years of experience leading impactful and large product teams.
