- Ability to identify viablebusiness models for partnerships and negotiate to contract closure.
- Experience in devising business plan and go-to-marketplanwith partners.
- Experience in guiding GTM plans to successful execution, in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders in partner organization.
- Collaborate with sales teams for specific opportunities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Experience in executing partner marketing programs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain, track and execute partner onboarding plan for the year.
- Initiate and carry out discussions with prospective partners to identify the possible modes of partnership.
- Work with internal stakeholders to close the contract and documentation for identified partners.
- Define joint GTM plans with partners and baseline after approval by marketing head.
- Execute GTM plans with control on activities, budgets & goals and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
- Action corrections required, depending upon progress report of GTM execution.
- Hand over specific opportunities to sales teams for deal pursuit and closure.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to help in maximizingeffectiveness of partnerships.
