Job Summary

Goals & Deliverables:

This position requires self motivation to manage sales of the company's products and solutions within some 7 assigned countries. You must ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues ranging from 50 Lakhs to 1 Crore per year through direct selling, deployment and management of around 10 Partner accounts globally.

Partner Life Cycle:

Most of our business happens through Partner management and we want you to have complete focus on Partner full life cycle right from identifying, personalized coaching, handholding and driving business.

Direct Sale Life Cycle:

For all incoming leads that comes through marketing efforts, you need to make the best use of it to qualify on time without pending leads for the day and ensure demos, negotiation and 100 % commitment is given for closure.

In short, you should identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve the sales and earnings through lead generation, prospecting and demos, joint work with partner, customer reference business through cross sell and upsell.

Skill & Expertise we look for:

  • You live the Target/Plan given every month with good analytical skills to interpret and track your own sales performance and seek for guidance on areas of improvement.
  • You value any defined process very seriously and ensure that 100% Customer Life cycle is captured in our CRM to help pass a Live baton.
  • On-Line Lead Generation and Management through Cold calling, Social media research through LinkedIn, Facebook, etc on a monthly, weekly & daily basis. You do not feel satisfied without interacting to atleast 50 unique leads/Prospects/partners a day.
  • Qualifying leads to prospects with a minimum of 2 prospects a day and identifying suspects faster.
  • On-Line Demo to the customers regularly. You also meet them sometimes to understand requirements to make it a customer centric presentation.
  • Proposal preparation based on the demo and Customer centric requirements. No cut, copy , paste job.
  • Strong Negotiation skills and closure of the Business Deal profitably.
  • You will coordinate with Product Delivery team for software implementation and ensure smooth product delivery with customer satisfaction.
  • You will coordinate with Development team and sometimes demand for Market driven Product development to ensure customer base is steady and growing.
  • You analyze the current market cum customer base and ensure consistent growth of existing business through Cross sell & Up Sell.
  • You must track of competitors and changes in the market time to time and share feedback with marketing team.
  • 1-5 years profound experience in selling and managing in a direct & Partner driven selling environment is going to push you above all resumes.
