Key Responsibilities 1. Achieving Annual business plan targets
2. Productivity management & Improvement
3. Effective implementation of NADCAP and Customer specific requirements
4. Asset Management
5. Revenue Generation
6. Adherence to safety, system & compliance Job Description 1. Managing the Heat Treatment (HT) and Surface treatment (ST) shop activities
2. Responsible for facing the NADCAP audit & maintaining merit always
3. Establishing new processes, facilities & making procedures on regular basis based on new projects
4. Read & understand the customer standards and meet all the requirements
5. Ensuring zero backlog jobs for pending processes and run the department on-line
6. Make or outsource decision based on load and capability condition time to time
7. Achieving all the improvement goals and cost reduction targets given by Top Management
8. Responsible to adhere all Legal and Environmental Norms set by Government
9. Monitoring all the assets & resources with high efficiency
10. Responsible to achieve zero defects in HT & ST processes. In case of defects, to implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plan and rectify the problem
11. Up gradation of HT & ST facility to improve productivity & meet new demands
12. Ensuring calibration of all instruments & facility upkeeping at all times
13. Co-ordination with internal & external customers to clear the jobs & timely approval of new processes
14. System Implementation as per AS 9100, OHSAS, EMS, ISMS, TPM & TOC
15. Training & development of sub-ordinates to continuously improve skills and avoid dependency
16. Introducing low cost automation to improve productivity
17. Value the information received and effort spent in creating every piece of information. Ensure right information is accessed by right individuals and maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
Qualification Details Essential Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Engineering Preferred Qualification: Specialization in Metallurgy/Chemical/Mechanical/Aerospace Experience Details Essential Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience for Degree in Engineering & Minimum of 5 years of experience for Diploma in Engineering Preferred Experience: Relevant experience in Aerospace Industry Special Skill 1.
