Key Responsibilities 1. Welding
2. Quality, Safety & House-keeping
3. Asset Management Job Description 1. Understanding designers? requirement and converting into welding and Qualification Plan
2. Ensuring preparation and qualification of Welding Procedures and maintenance of records
3. Training and Qualification of welders
4. Process improvements and Automation in welding
5. Ensuring consumable identification, estimation and control
6. Interacting with Stake holders
7. Setting and Meeting weekly and monthly production targets
8. Ensuring maintenance of equipment-s, Repair analysis and Cost Control
9. Manpower control and discipline
10. System implementation and compliance
11. Valuing the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information
12. Ensuring that the right information is accessed by right individuals.
13. Ensuring Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information
Qualification Details Essential Qualification: Degree/Diploma Engineering in Metallurgy/Production/Welding/Mechanical specializations Preferred Qualification: Degree/Diploma Engineering in Metallurgy/Production/Welding/Mechanical specializations Experience Details Essential Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience for Degree in Engineering or Minimum 5 years of work experience for Diploma in Engineering Preferred Experience: Relevant work experience in Welding from Aerospace, Pressure Vessel industries. AWS/CSWIP certified welding inspector or IWT/ IWE certified Engineer will be added advantage. Certification or approval from Aerospace primes will be added advantage. Special Skill 1.
