Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand, product and sales objectives Understanding of the distribution channel and aligning the marketing approach, objective and calendar with the same Perform competition benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement through material available offline, trainings, sales pitches, new creatives or any new events taking place in the market Handle new product launches, their UI/UX, communications, marketing collaterals, trainings etc. Develop insights through market research as and when needed Plan and execute agent campaigns, events, and promotions to boost product visibility and engagement Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed Work with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, and finance) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals Since this role involves co-ordination with all stakeholders, this is a completely in-office role Key Skills Required Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role Project Management experience is a plus Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies - particularly in the context of Insurance Competition knowledge Self-starter Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of market research and data analysis Education Background Masters degree in Marketing
