JOB PURPOSE
- To ensure regular entries in PS module of Airport Development (T1, T3 & allied works)
- Designing and development of costing systems
- To be part of the committee for Contract Negotiation & cost effective structuring of contracts relating to T1 and T3 expansion.
- Guidance for computerization of the said costing systems and monitoring and implementation of the costing system
- To maintain and ensure budgetary control in PS module under WBS structure
- To work extensively on Contract Administration, Payment & Compliances - Core member of team administering Rs. 2000-3000 Crores contracts.
- To regularly check compliances under Indirect Taxation GST and Custom duty, Interaction with GSTN and senior Custom officials.
- To complete the process of project closure note for each and every project
- Capitalization of assets created
- Generate Periodical costing reports for variance analysis and comply costing accounting record rules Coordinate and complete the Cost Audits.

- Handling Project size of over Rs. 2000-3000 Crores.
- Capitalization in books of accounts along with Physical verification.

- Handling Project import, HSS and other products.
- Annual Costing budget for more than Rs. 4,000 Crs spend in complex service industry.
- Operational capex Rs. 200 Crs per annum.
