Description
The organisation(prospect client) is a data storage and computer drive company that designs, manufactures, and sells data storage devices, cloud storage services, and data center systems. Their products are used in a wide range of devices, including cars, homes, pockets, and the cloud.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and tools.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML, such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their ML services.
- Experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their application in ML deployments.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for deployed machine learning models and data pipelines, ensuring their optimal performance and accuracy
- Monitor and maintain machine learning systems, addressing issues related to data ingestion, model performance, and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to diagnose and resolve issues in machine learning workflows
- Assist in the implementation of model retraining, tuning, and updates as needed
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions
- Document troubleshooting procedures, configuration settings, and best practices for machine learning operations
- Support the deployment and scaling of machine learning models in cloud and on-premise environments
