Job Summary Job Description
  • TPM audits and Vendor/Supplier Management (EPD India operations) for the region.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to AQ, EQDs and Affiliate reference documents with respect to the auditing third party manufacturers for finished formulations and vendors/suppliers that supply materials (RM/PM) to the EPD India Operations.
  • Ensure compliance to organizational policies and procedures for functional areas
  • Responsible for management of vendors/suppliers that supply materials (RM/PM) to the EPD India Operations
  • Internal audit programs for plants, Affiliate and region of EPD India
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate business processes.
  • Partner with all areas of EPD India to ensure the selection of all new vendors/suppliers meet requirements
  • Ensure values and EPD winning behaviours are entrusted with self and team members 9. Responsible for ensuring compliance at all own manufacturing sites w.r.t. EQD expectations and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure sufficiently trained resources with adequate functional and technical knowledge for execution of GMP/GDP obligations and on-going professional development to maintain proficiency.
  • Interact and coordinate with global QA/AQR for new EQDs, Policies etc. related to audit / compliance function.
  • Coordinate with site QA for AQR / Regulatory audit responses and ensure timely submissions. B. Responsibilities /Accountabilities in detail a. Coach and guide team members on functional policy, procedure and regulatory guidelines b. Identify and report Quality and Compliance risks, gaps arising from audits with a proactive approach. c. Escalation of critical / major observations arising out of audit, which may have a business impact soon after closing discussions at the TPM / vendor end. Update department, CFTs on audit summary, trend and concerns. d. Review and ensure applicable SOPs are in place as per AQ, EQD and Affiliate requirements e. Lead and manage Audit program for TPMs, RM vendors, PM vendors, Contract laboratories and Internal audits of EPD, India.
