Role
The role requires the candidate to maintain and manage partnerships with hospitals and doctors for strengthening the pipeline of medical cases for fundraising initiatives. The candidate will be the face of GiveIndia for these crucial strategic partnerships with hospitals of repute and work in close liaison with the business development and campaign management teams to meet the set targets for medical fundraisers.
Responsibilities:
Regular visits to hospitals and other medical institutions, meeting the representatives, doctors and social workers at the designated cities
Coordinate with the hospitals for setting up crowdfunding campaigns for patients from financially weaker sections, explaining the medical fundraising product and the requisites for setting up fundraisers
Meet the designated sales target for funds raised as well as cases sourced on a monthly basis
Working with the creative team to help in shoots and other production requirements to set up the medical fundraisers
Help in closing communication gaps with patient families, hospitals and GiveIndia
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in the healthcare space
Experience of working in a high growth, target-driven work environment
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and tech-savvy
Desire to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society
Tier 1 graduation/post graduation preferred
Good with process formulation and improvement
