The Person

The Tech. Support leader is responsible for overseeing the technical support team s operation and participating as an active member of the team.

Role Responsibilities

  • The tech. Support leader will drive customer satisfaction through customer support and provide support internally and externally to customers when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have over 3-6 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.
  • Ideal candidate should have an MBA from premier business school
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales goals.
  • Candidates from IT support industry, IT solution sales industry are preferred
  • Must possess strong business acumen, the ability to drive results through others, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent process orientation
