ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • - Must have prior working experience as Application Support Manager
  • - Must have worked on CMS application support project
  • - Must be able to manager 4-5 team members in shift rotation
  • - Must have .NET/C#/Crownpeak experience in managing support tickets
  • - Must be aware of Severity & TIcket flow
  • - must be able to work during US hours to support customer
  • - Must be having good oral & written communication skills
