Description: - The ION Support Lead should bear a minimum of 7 11 years of working experience with at least 6 years of experience in ION Support at a client engagement and at least 2-3 years as a support lead Driving the entire scope of ION e-Trading support for the client Managing the expectations of traders within the agreed SLAs. He should be able to galvanise the team to support multiple requests at the same time Perform crisis management when required and prioritise requests/issues based on business criticality Managing virtual teams of ION functional and technical implementation consultants Should have hands on experience as a lead on more than one of the below ION modules MMI, MMS, PXE Pricing, Static Data Management, TPRM Should be able to champion documentation of current processes and encourage all team members to create and update support cards whenever required Should be able to analyse and understand and replicate client customisations made to ION within the engagement Lead the cause of constant cross training and upskilling Should have prior hands on experience of managing and reporting to senior stakeholders Should be able to prepare status reports and steerco decks periodically Must possess excellent Interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills and team management skills
