We are currently looking for talented and dedicated Female Telecaller Executives to join our team. Job Description:

As a Telecaller Executive at Giggada Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, answer their questions, and set up appointments or sales meetings for our sales team. This is a non-sales role with no targets or recovery calling involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information.
  • Maintain a database of leads and call records.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil (based on the language requirement).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for.
  • No prior experience required training will be provided.
